I just got back from a windy bike ride, and I wanted wish wish Cathy Otis a happy birthday. Thanks for all of the "gift baskets" you treat me to when I've got a test/race/etc. coming up.
Back to learning how to enable people to increase control over factors and determinants of health. And I didn't have to look off a piece of paper to ramble off that definition of health promotion. ha
